The farm is situated off a country lane but only a short distance from the A272 and A22.

The nearest villages are: Piltdown, Fletching, Nutley and Maresfield. The closes towns are Uckfield and Haywards Heath, which both offer train services to London.

Uckfield (5 miles away) has a good network of bus and coach routes taking visitors south to the coastal resorts of Brighton, Eastbourne and north to the historic town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and further afield. There is a bus route 3/4 of a mile away on the A272 Uckfield to Haywards Heath Road.
